By using LogiDraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of your drawings and project data. You grant LogiDraft a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

Permitted Use

You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.

Engineering Disclaimer

LogiDraft is a design tool. It is not a compliance authority or a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for validating your designs and ensuring they meet applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.

Subscriptions & Billing

LogiDraft offers Free and Pro tiers. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Availability & Changes

The service may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

LogiDraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
